We go to the doctor this week, and I can't wait to find out how big you are. You are too big for many of your 3-6 month clothes - it's either too short for your torso or body length or we can't get it over your very large head! You need to be in size 3 diapers but I am desperate to get you to use all your size 2s since diapers are not exactly cheap. Though I've started to wonder if all the OxiClean I'm using because of your regular blowouts counteracts that whole plan.
You have started to sit with the family during dinner time in the Bumbo - your constant lean provides entertainment for your sister since your daddy and I start singing "Lean wit it, rock wit it." You'll get it eventually!
You are definitely NOT sleeping through the night. And while I love the everyday early morning coffee dates with your daddy, it is still quite painful to wake up before the sun when you are waking me up in the wee hours. Soon, I will miss our special blurry-eyed moments (at least that's what I keep telling myself). I have attempted to let you cry it out a few times with the thought you will go back to sleep since your chubby self can't actually be hungry. One of three things happens:
1. I feel so sad for letting you cry, and I just want to go back to sleep, so I feed you.
2. I worry you will wake up your sister next door and determine that two crying children is much worse than one, so I feed you.
3. I let you cry for 30+ minutes (that's what the book says!), and you are still crying at the end of it, so I feed you.
Really, that is my only complaint! You are a wonderful addition to our family, and we can't wait to see you continue to grow into the plan our God has for you.
We love you Frazier!

So sweet and chubby!
Not quite getting the sitting up concept.
Laughing with your Aunt Keesha on your actual 4 month birthday in Northern VA.
