He's had a phenomenal trip though. This was his first time back to Niger after bringing Leila home 2 years ago. He traveled with a men's construction team, and they set to work on several projects throughout Niamey, including running electrical lines, laying tile and putting on a new roof. They worked at a church that was burned about 2 years ago and a few partner orphanages. Additionally, they spent some time at a men's jail. They also were able to spend a lot of time playing and loving on the kids at several of the orphanages. Let's just say there was a lot of water balloon fighting! I've also heard about donkey races and getting in bed after 1am every night after rooftop worship and conversation. These are some great, live-life-to-the-fullest kind of men.
Here's a few pictures from his trip.
